2. There is a $35 non-refundable charge to secure the pool for a private party and a $150 refundable deposit required at the time of booking. 6. Please be careful not to park on lawns or block driveways of nearby residents.
7. Residents may begin to set up no earlier than an hour prior to their party at their own risk.
8. Note: Homeowners are responsible for any set up required for their private parties, including any necessary cleanup prior to arrivals as well as contacting a pool committee member or board member in advance if something is not working properly.

Yearly dues go towards monthly maintenance of the pool, cleaning supplies and equipment needed to make our pool more inviting. Homeowners are responsible for cleaning up after themselves after each visit to insure proper daily maintenance. Please call the Head Volunteer of the Pool committee or a Board Member when you notice a need or if you have any suggestions. We all have a vested interest, so please treat our pool/cabana as if it were your own.
